Meet Your Coach – Paul Bradford.
With a background in Physiotherapy, I have been obsessed with human perfomance all my life.
With no natural ability, I have consistenty run under 3 hours for the marathon publishing my training methods in 'The Sub-3 hour marathon playbook'.
Involved in a bike crash in 2022, and given a 10% chance of survival, I competed at the Ironman Kona World Championship within 2 years.
I thrive in times of adversity and I am fully commited to supporting my clients to naviagte through uncertainty and discover their own greatness.
